Build Time/Order Since every exhaust systems are built to order specifically to customer’s request, all of our handcraft system takes 14-20 days to build after the purchase. For those order which will exceed 3 weeks for build time, we will notify you and we will refund at your request. Because all the systems are hand made to your order, we do NOT offer any kind of refund after the purchase. Shipping All products are ship via DHK EXPRESS unless it requires freight service due to over size/weight. The shipping cost is automatically calculated when you check out the products on our site. For those cases when actual shipping cost is higher than estimate, we will contact you for the notification. Warranty We offer manufacturers 1-year warranty and condition. The warranty won’t be valid if the defect was caused by customer’s abuse, negligence, or mishandling. The customer is responsible for any return shipping for warranty claims. No labor or inconvenience maybe included in warranty claims. Disclaimer Although we do long term tests on our exhaust systems to find out any mechanical issues, Kreissieg holds no responsibility on any engine, emission and other exhaust related engine/drivetrain failures. This is because of difference of each car’s condition and different equipment/environments that each car encounters. Our systems are designed to use “off-road” only.
